The history of Stocznia Remontowa Nauta S.A (Nauta) dates back to 1927 when the yard was founded in Gdynia.
The yard has developed over the years and is today one of major repair and conversion yards in the Baltic region.
Nauta Shiprepair Yard is located in the protected port of Gdynia in the southern part of the Baltic, with direct access from the Baltic Sea.
Nauta became a joint stock company in 1999. The various trades / services of the yard are organized in 14 subsidiary companies all under the brand Nauta, providing services as “in-house” subcontractors to the shipyard.
Today Nauta is a part of the Mars Group.
