TGE Shipyard was acquired by Gemak Group in June 2000. Since then major investment and infrastructure works have been carried out mainly for new shipbuilding and offshore construction projects. The Shipyard has total 13500 m2 enclosed workshops, one semi-slipway (L200 x W43,5 m) and 800 m. of pier. Total 42 off gantry and jib type cranes are available. 19 off turn-key new shipbuilding projects were completed between 2001 and 2010. Starting from 2009, TGE Shipyard perfectly integrated its new building experience in ship repair and conversion projects and succeeded on challenging conversion and repair activities, reaching an annual capacity of 3.500.000 DWT. TGE Shipyard holds one Suez-max size of graving dock, which is the largest one in Tuzla Bay.

The shipyard is founded on a total area of 87.109 m2. Facilities are contained within 10.972 m2 of closed area and 76.137 m2 of open area. TGE Shipyard has the world class skills required to construct and repair a variety of vessel types.
